Exchange & Returns Policy
We offer exchange/returns within 7 days of receipt in Singapore and 21 days for international orders. All returns will be refunded in the form of store credit (no expiry). An exchange can be done for another piece of same value or higher. Additional postage fees for an exchange will be chargeable, with the exception of defect or incorrect items received.
For exchange of size for customised or made-to-order items, a remake or resizing fee of $20 will be chargeable as the item has to be completely remade.
To exchange or return an item, please send us an email at email@example.com with a clear photo of the defect or incorrect item, your name and order number. We will get in touch within 2 to 3 working days.
Conditions for exchanges/returns:
We accept exchange/returns in the rare event of a defect or incorrect item. All jewellery pieces are checked to ensure quality and good condition before shipping, and are packed carefully in bubble wrap and a box. We will reimburse the postage fee for any defect/incorrect item shipped back to us.
All gemstones are natural and therefore one of a kind with slight variations in shape and colours which are not considered as defects.
To be eligible for exchange/returns, item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order, unworn and in original condition with the original packaging intact. Item(s) must have been purchased directly from our website.
All items must be shipped back to us by tracked postage in the original packaging and box. We will not be able to process your returns or exchange otherwise.
Exchanges can only be done once. Exchanged items cannot be re-exchanged.
